We bought our home in August site unseen, not realizing how bad the pool and equipment were. We finally decided to replace all equipment, convert to salt water, and replace all the lights as they didn't work. He came out and provided a quote. It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete.
